LTBR.FM is a live London radio station — roots, lovers rock, dub, soul and jazz funk, with real presenters and a real running order. Every recording on it was made for the station, and nobody else owns a note of it. Run it under your stream, keep it in your VODs, leave it in your clips.
We can't promise what a platform's detector will do on any given night — nobody honest can. What we can say is that nothing here belongs to anyone else, so there is nothing for a claim to stand on. If one ever appears, we back you with the paperwork.

Why this is stream safe music
We own every recording.
Every track, jingle, station ID and spoken segment on LTBR.FM was made for the station, from briefs and lyrics we wrote, using AI music tools under a commercial licence. No label, publisher, performer or session player has any stake in it. Copyright sits with the station and with no one else.
No Content ID. No Audible Magic. No PPL, PRS or MCPS.
Not one track has ever been released through a label, distributor or aggregator — so none has ever been submitted to YouTube Content ID, to Audible Magic (the system Twitch uses), or to PPL, PRS for Music or MCPS. No Content ID or Audible Magic fingerprint exists for any of it, because nobody ever registered one. Nothing is registered anywhere but here.
A written licence, not a promise.
Section 6 of our Rights & Licensing Statement is a real licence: worldwide, royalty-free, no attribution required, covering live streams, VODs, clips and edited videos on any platform, monetised or not. It has a version number and a date, and it comes as a signable PDF.

For every recording in rotation we keep a record of what it is, how it was made, when, and by whom. If a mistaken claim ever lands on your video, email us and we send you that record plus a written statement to attach to your dispute — and we take it up with the claimant ourselves.

You don't need to ask, sign up, or credit us. This is what section 6 of the Rights & Licensing Statement says, in plain English.
You can
- Play the live stream under your Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok or any other stream — as background music, as your “starting soon” and “be right back” audio, as the bed under a chat or a just-chatting session.
- Keep it in your VODs, clips, highlights, reactions and edited videos, including ones you monetise.
- Use any player you like: OBS Media Source, a Browser Source pointing at ltbr.fm, VLC, the Receiver desktop app, a phone on the desk.
- Run it 24/7 on an unattended channel.
- Give us a shout-out if you feel like it. It's welcome; it isn't required.
You can't
- Rip tracks off the stream and upload them as music on their own — “lofi mix”, “1 hour of…”, a playlist, a background-music pack.
- Put any recording through a distributor, label, streaming service or aggregator, or register it (or a fingerprint of it) with Content ID, Audible Magic or any rights database. That's the one thing that could ever get you claimed, and we'd have to act on it.
- Claim you made it, or that we endorse, sponsor or partner with your channel.
- Use the audio in unlawful content.
The licence is non-exclusive and can be updated; whatever version was live when you published is the one that covers that content. Rights & Licensing Statement, section 6.

- Sources → + → Media Source. Name it “LTBR.FM”.
- Untick Local File. Paste the stream URL into Input. Leave Input Format blank.
- Tick “Restart playback when source becomes active” and set Reconnect Delay to a few seconds, so it comes back on its own after a drop.
- Set its level in the Audio Mixer. Done — it's now in your stream and your recording.
Want the radio out of your VOD but in your live stream, or the other way round? Advanced Audio Properties → assign the source to its own track and pick which tracks your recording uses.
OBS: Browser Source
- Sources → + → Browser. URL: https://www.ltbr.fm. Tick “Control audio via OBS”.
- Right-click the source → Interact → press play once.
- Keep “Shutdown source when not visible” unticked, then hide the source if you don't want the page on screen — the audio keeps going.
Heavier than a Media Source (it's a whole browser), but you get the live track timeline and lyrics on screen if you want them.
VLC or any desktop player
- VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste the stream URL → Play.
- In your streaming software, capture it with Desktop Audio or Application Audio Capture.
- Also works from a phone or a second machine into your mixer.
The Receiver
- Download it, press POWER, and the station is playing.
- Capture it like any other app — Application Audio Capture in OBS 28+ picks it up on its own.
If you ever get a claim
Content-identification systems make mistakes: a sound-alike, a bad fingerprint, someone else registering audio that isn't theirs. We can't control that. We can make sure you never face it alone.

Don't delete anything.
Leave the video, clip or VOD where it is. A dispute needs the content to exist.

Write down what the claim says.
The platform, the link to your content, the name of the claimant, the title and artist they cite, and the timestamps it points at.

Email rights@ltbr.fm.
Send us those details. We answer within two working days with the provenance record for the recording concerned and a signed statement confirming the station owns it and that you're licensed to use it.

File the dispute.
Use the platform's own process — on YouTube that's Dispute under the claim, choosing that you have a licence — and attach what we sent you. We contact the claimant directly as well.

Questions streamers ask
Is LTBR.FM really DMCA safe for Twitch?
Yes, in the only sense that matters: nobody other than the station owns any of the audio, so there is no rights holder to send a DMCA notice or file an Audible Magic match. Twitch's system can only mute what someone has registered with it, and nothing of ours has ever been registered anywhere.
Will my YouTube VODs get a Content ID claim?
Not from us — we've never submitted anything to Content ID and never will, and the licence forbids anyone else from doing it too. The one residual risk is honest to name: AI music tools can produce similar-sounding output for other users, and a third party could register theirs. A mistaken match on ours is rare, but we won't pretend it's impossible. If it happens, see “If you ever get a claim” above: we send you the paperwork and back the dispute.
Can I use it in monetised streams, clips and TikToks?
Yes. The licence covers live streams, VODs, clips, highlights and edited or short-form videos on any platform, monetised or not.
Do I have to credit the station?
No. A mention is nice, an on-screen “music: ltbr.fm” is nicer, but neither is a condition.
Is the music AI-generated?
Yes. Every track is made for the station with AI music tools under a commercial licence, from briefs and lyrics we wrote, for artists we invented — that's exactly why there's no label, performer or publisher with a claim on it. The generation service assigns its rights in every download to the station under its paid terms and keeps only a non-exclusive licence of its own, so it neither owns the tracks nor can claim them. It's all set out in section 2 of the Rights & Licensing Statement.
Can I download tracks and drop them into my videos?
Not as standalone music, no. Use the live stream; whatever is playing while you're recording is covered in that recording. Ripping tracks and reuploading them as music — mixes, playlists, packs — is the one thing the licence excludes.
What about the presenters' voices and the talk between records?
All station-made, all covered. Presenters, station IDs, jingles and spoken segments are produced for the station in the same way as the music.
Do I need to be in the UK?
No. The licence is worldwide. The station is operated from London and the licence is governed by the law of England and Wales, but you can stream from anywhere.
